- If you still get a busy signal, call the 24-hour number for State Radio Communications: 1-800-472-2121
- Be prepared to give the 911 dispatcher your physical address or GPS latitude/longitude coordinates if you are calling from a remote location
This situation is highly unlikely, but 911 outages do occur. The enhanced 911 network in North Dakota has several back-up systems to ensure that 911 calls are answered.
